How will I receive my Download?
All downloads are delivered to your computer in PDF format. Click the link(s) in your shopping cart receipt to get your download(s).You will need to input your personal password which is provided in your email receipt in order to open the .PDF and begin your download. To ensure smooth delivery we recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Reader.

Most of the time when Mac users experience problems with our downloads, it’s because Mac has “Preview” set as the default pdf reader instead of Adobe Reader. Our files need to be viewed using Adobe Reader. In order to solve the problem, make sure the latest version of Adobe Reader is installed and make it the default pdf reader. Go to: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions to get the latest version. Be sure to reboot your computer after the installation.
How to set Adobe Reader as your default .pdf reader on a MAC
1.Find any .pdf file on your computer and select it (mouse over and click once). DO NOT OPEN IT
2.Open the Get info panel by going to File>Get Info.(located in the top left corner of your screen)
3.In the Get Info panel, click on the arrow marked 'Open With'.
4.On the drop down menu that appears, select Adobe Reader.
If you do not see Adobe Reader as one of the options and you are sure it is on your computer, select other, then locate adobe reader on your MAC using the finder window that pops up. If you can't find it you probably don't have it and will need to download it before continuing further.Get Adobe Reader at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions
5.(After selecting Adobe Reader in step 4)
At the bottom of the Get Info panel is a button marked "Change All", click that. Adobe Reader is now the default .pdf reader.

How is my download delivered?
Immediately following completion of your transaction, you will get a receipt form our shopping cart. There will be a link for each product you ordered on that receipt. Click on the link(s) to begin downloading your product(s). A copy of your receipt is also sent to your email. If you don’t see the receipt, check your spam folder.
I've lost my download...How do I get back to my download?
If you've closed your download and need to get back to it, find your shopping cart receipt in your email and re-download your product by clicking on the link. If you don’t see the receipt, check your spam folder.
When I try to download your Haggadah, all I get is a page that says I have to order it
Is there a big frog on that page? If so, then you are clicking on our download support page, not the actual product download page. You have to buy the download first. Upon purchase, you will receive a link and a password in your shopping cart receipt to take you to the actual product download page.
If I download the Haggadah onto my computer, can I print copies myself?
As long as you have a printer hooked up to your computer, you can print it out.
How many copies am I allowed to print off the download file?
You may print as many copies as necessary for everyone attending your Seder. Please direct those wanting copies for future Seders to www.30minuteseder.com to purchase their own download.
Is the download version in color or black and white?
There are several download versions available. They are all designed to be printed either in color or black and white. You may choose as many versions as you like.
Can I make the printed pages into a booklet?
Yes, complete instructions are provided on the download page.
What happens if my download is interrupted, will I lose my file?
No, simply click on the link again to restart your download.
